PeakGLP is built around a simple idea: your health data is yours. This policy explains what information the PeakGLP app and this website handle, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

1. Your health data stays with you

Your health data — including injections, estimated medication levels, weight, glucose, hydration, exercise, nutrition, and other medications — is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store your health data, and we do not sell your health data.

2. Apple Health (optional)

If you choose to connect Apple Health, PeakGLP reads only the categories you approve. You can turn off access by category at any time in your device Settings. Health data read from Apple Health is handled the same way as the rest of your data: stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account.

3. FreeStyle Libre through LibreLinkUp (optional)

If you choose to connect a FreeStyle Libre sensor through LibreLinkUp, glucose data you choose to share with PeakGLP is handled the same way as your other data. Your use of LibreLinkUp itself is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Beta list and contact messages

If you sign up for the beta test through this website, we store the name and email address you provide — plus any optional details you choose to share, such as your current medication or devices — solely to send you a beta invite and related updates. If you contact us through this website, we store your message and email address solely to respond to you. You can ask us to delete this information at any time through our Contact page.

5. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal or health information.
• We do not use your health data for advertising.
• We do not share your health data with third parties, except as described in this policy or when required by law.

6. Analytics and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers. Any basic, privacy-respecting analytics used to understand visits to this website are not linked to your health data, which never leaves your device and your private iCloud account.

7. Security

Your health data is protected by your device's own security and by your iCloud account. Keeping your device passcode and iCloud credentials secure helps keep your data secure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

PeakGLP is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will note it here.
